Resale service fees are divided into three main categories and are automatically deducted from your item’s final sale price before your payout is issued. Payouts are issued through Venmo, Cash App & Paypal within 5 business days after return window closes.
An invoice for outbound delivery will be sent once your item sells. Payment must be made within 48 hours to ensure timely processing and shipping. Failure to pay or communicate within this window may result in forfeiture of 100% of the sale proceeds.
You drop off or ship your pre-approved items at your cost; I cover outbound shipping to buyers.
I send you a prepaid mailer (5–10 pre-approved items). Outbound shipping included.
If an item is under the $20 resale threshold but still on-brand and pre-approved, you can choose:
$3 flat handling fee per item or
40% commission rate instead of your selected commission tier.
This ensures it’s still worth the time it takes to prep, photograph, list, and ship—especially since lower-priced items require the same effort to sell.
For pieces typically expected to resell for $60+ when in season, I offer a “Hold & Launch” service — I’ll store your item safely and list it when seasonal demand is highest.**
Instead of a monthly storage fee, I apply a +5% commission increase to cover the extra time and care involved. That means:
