Welcome to Your Closet Curated TX (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services—including our website, resale concierge, gift wrapping, item pickup, drop-off, and SMS communication—you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Your Closet Curated TX is a San Antonio-based resale concierge that offers:

• Resale of approved clothing, shoes, accessories, and more
   
• Local item pickup within a 30-mile radius
   
• Prepaid mailer shipping options
   
• Secure drop-off at our designated business mailbox
   
• Curated gift wrapping and resale photography
   

We reserve the right to accept or reject items based on resale potential, condition, and brand alignment.

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring all submitted items meet our intake minimums
   
  • Shipping: 5–10 approved items
     
  • Pickup: 10+ approved items (within 30 miles)
     
  • Drop-off: No minimum, but advance approval required
     
• Providing accurate descriptions and disclosing flaws or damage
   
• Uploading clear, well-lit photos of each item
   

We do not guarantee acceptance or sale of any item submitted.

Commission is based on the intake method you select:

• 25% Commission – Client handles drop-off, pickup, or inbound shipping. Buyer shipping is invoiced after each sale.
   
• 30% Commission – Client ships at their own cost. Buyer shipping is included.
   
• 35% Commission – Prepaid mailer provided for 5–10 approved items. Buyer shipping is included.
   

Payouts are issued after the item sells, minus the agreed commission. Unsold items may be returned at client expense or donated with consent.

All sales are final once an item is purchased through a resale platform. We do not accept returns from buyers. Clients must disclose all flaws to protect against buyer disputes. If an item is returned due to undisclosed damage, Your Closet Curated TX may deduct return shipping from the final payout.

We handle all approved item photography, listing, pricing, and shipping. Listings are optimized using recent market comparisons. Your Closet Curated TX reserves the right to adjust pricing based on buyer behavior, demand, and seasonal factors.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and item information strictly for business purposes. Your information will never be sold or shared without your consent. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

By texting our business number, opting in via keyword (e.g., CURATE), or submitting your phone number on our website, you consent to receive SMS messages from Your Closet Curated TX. These messages may include:

• Resale intake instructions/forms
   
• Commission confirmations
   
• Item status updates
   
• Reminders or follow-ups
   
• Occasional promotions or announcements
   

Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. To receive help, reply HELP.

We do not guarantee message delivery and are not liable for delays or errors from mobile carriers. SMS opt-ins are stored securely and used only for Your Closet Curated TX-related communications.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of those changes.
